Cancellation policy
Cancelling before dispatch
An order can be cancelled any time before it is shipped. Contact super2@gmail.com with the order reference, or ask us to update the order from your account. Stock reserved for the order is released when the cancellation is recorded.
Cancelling after dispatch
Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. It can be returned instead, under the returns policy, after the goods have been received.
Paid orders
If a cancelled order had already been paid, the payment status becomes refund pending and the amount is refunded to the original payment method. The refund is recorded manually after it is processed; the order record alone does not transfer money.
Cash on delivery orders
A cash on delivery order that is cancelled before dispatch has nothing to refund. If a cash on delivery parcel is refused at delivery, the return shipping charge can be deducted from any refund or charged separately.
Bulk and custom orders
Orders that have already been cut, printed, labelled or packed to your specification may not be cancellable. This is always stated on the quotation before you accept it.
How long it takes
