Shipping policy
How orders are dispatched
Orders are packed and handed to a courier after payment or, for cash on delivery, after the order is confirmed. Each parcel carries the order reference so it can be matched to your account.
Delivery charge
A flat delivery charge applies to each order and is shown at checkout before you place the order. If a free delivery threshold is set, the charge is waived once the order subtotal crosses it. Delivery for sample orders is charged the same way.
Dispatch time
Confirmed orders are normally dispatched within two working days. Bulk quantities that need palletising or a custom carton can take longer; we will tell you the expected date when the order is confirmed.
Delivery time
Metro cities usually receive orders in three to five working days. Other locations can take up to seven to ten working days. These are estimates and can be affected by weather, strikes or courier delays.
Tracking
A tracking reference is added to your order and appears in the Orders section of your account once the parcel is handed over.
Failed delivery
If a delivery attempt fails because nobody is available or the address is incomplete, the courier will try again or return the parcel. A second delivery can attract an additional charge.
Damaged parcels
Check the carton before accepting it. If it is visibly damaged, note it with the courier and contact super2@gmail.com with photographs within 48 hours of delivery.
