How does wholesale pricing work?
Each product shows a wholesale unit price and a minimum order quantity. Quantity tiers lower the unit price as your order grows. The tier that applies is the highest one your quantity reaches.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes, on products where samples are enabled. The sample price is set separately from the wholesale price and is never a discount off it. Sample quantity is capped per order.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The MOQ is the smallest wholesale quantity we accept for that product. Samples ignore the MOQ.
How is delivery charged?
A flat delivery charge applies to each order, and it is shown at checkout before you confirm. Free delivery may apply above a threshold set by the store.
How do I pay?
Payment options are shown at checkout. Manual bank transfer and cash on delivery are the two supported methods. Orders are created with an unpaid status and payment is recorded once it is confirmed.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Returns are accepted after shipping or delivery, once the goods have physically arrived back and are fit to restock. The cancellation and returns policies set out the details.
