These terms apply to every order placed on this storefront with WholesaleDukaan.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when the store confirms it. Confirmation does not mean payment has been received: orders start with an unpaid payment status, and the status changes only after the transfer or cash collection is verified.
Prices
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees per unit and are exclusive of the delivery charge unless stated otherwise. Wholesale prices are tiered by quantity, and the tier that applies is the highest threshold your quantity reaches. A sample price is set separately and is not a discount against the wholesale price.
Minimum quantities
The minimum order quantity applies to wholesale purchases. Sample purchases are not subject to it, and sample quantity is capped per order.
Product information
Product photographs, descriptions and specifications are supplied to help you choose. Colours can vary slightly between production batches and screens. Where a specification matters to your purchase, confirm it with us before ordering in bulk.
Stock
Stock is reserved when an order is placed. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed we will contact you and either refund the amount paid or offer an alternative.
Payment
Manual bank transfer and cash on delivery are supported. Marking a payment as paid or refunded in this store records a manual action; it does not move money by itself.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes on delivery.
Limitation
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where the law requires otherwise.
