Braided USB-C Charging Cable

Cable returns are usually flex failures, not electrical ones. This cable wraps a 3.1 mm OD conductor bundle in a tight nylon braid and adds a strain-relief collar at both connectors, which is where most breakages start.

It supports up to 60 W power delivery and USB 2.0 data rates, covering phone and tablet charging for retail and accessory counters. The aluminium alloy shell resists the connector loosening in the port after repeated plugging.

Supplied with a hook-and-loop tie and a recyclable sleeve, so it can go onto a shelf peg straight out of the carton.

Tested at 10,000 plug cycles and a 90-degree bend cycle at both ends before dispatch.
